Welcome to SoftNgs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients requesting software solutions, IT services, and technical support provided by SoftNgs.
SoftNgs offers development, design, and implementation of technological solutions and custom software. We commit to delivering functional, optimized products aligned with the client's goals.
We offer an optional support service that includes maintenance, updates, monitoring, and technical assistance. The client may cancel this service at any time.
Important: If the support service is canceled, the client will be responsible for deploying the solution on their own infrastructure. SoftNgs will not be held responsible for issues resulting from deployments outside our environment.
All code and resources developed by SoftNgs remain the intellectual property of SoftNgs until full payment is completed. Once the payment is fulfilled, the client will gain full rights of use and access to the delivered solution.
SoftNgs will not be held liable for data loss, failures, or interruptions occurring outside our environment or as a result of third-party interventions after delivery.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through our website or via email.
Our support services involve ongoing operational costs, including infrastructure expenses, server maintenance, and dedicated technical resources. Due to the nature of these services and the real-time resources allocated to each client, refunds are not available for support subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with the support services provided, you may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in our Cancellation Policy below. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns with our team so we can address them promptly and improve our service quality.
You may cancel your support subscription at any time with no penalty. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with complete access to your project's source code, documentation, and all related materials developed during our engagement.
Notice Requirement: To ensure a smooth transition and proper resource management, we require 30 days' advance notice before cancellation. This notice period allows us to complete any pending work, perform necessary system transfers, and provide comprehensive documentation for your project.
Infrastructure Migration: If you choose to deploy your solution on your own infrastructure following cancellation, additional deployment and migration services may be required at an extra cost. We will provide a detailed quote for these services upon request and work with you to ensure a seamless transition.
From time to time, SoftNgs may offer promotional discounts, special pricing, or other incentives ("Promotions"). Unless otherwise specified, all Promotions are available to both new and existing clients.

Restrictions: Promotions are subject to availability and may be limited by geographic location, subscription type, or other factors. SoftNgs reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify any participants who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
